As a strategic decision-maker, the Plant Director guarantees the achievement of the objectives of the platform for which he/she is responsible, by leading, steering, securing and boosting the means and resources. He/she manages a profit centre in its own right. His/her main role is to lead teams and unite them around a common project. In addition, he/she develops the business unit and builds the customer portfolio.
